Our journey started with a simple vision to bring the community of El Paso a culinary experience where everyone feels welcome. Accá is an open kitchen, inspired by the Danish concept, hygge.
We are not fine dining. We are a place where every plate is elevated, intentional, and crafted amorously.
Our space is small and inviting, designed to let you be part of the creative process.

Located in the Rio Grande Historic District, at the base of the Franklin Mountains just north of downtown El Paso. Our century-old El Paso building, reborn during the pandemic as a culinary destination, continues to preserve the character of our neighborhood, bringing history and hospitality together.

“One of my favorite techniques is cooking over an open fire. An elemental form that requires intuition and constant attention. It reminds me that, even after working in highly technical kitchens, some of the most honest and expressive cooking comes from simple methods and quality ingredients.”

Andrés Pablos,
Chef de cuisine and founder.
